What counts as a "conversation"?

One conversation = one chat session or one phone call, regardless of length. A 30-second call and a 15-minute call both count as 1 conversation. Overages billed at $0.15/conversation.

Can I mix agent types on one plan?

Yes. Your 10 agents on the Team plan can be any mix — 3 chatbots, 5 inbound voice, 2 sales qualifiers. Each agent has its own personality and configuration.

Do agents really improve on their own?

Yes. Every completed call is reviewed against your SOPs by the QA audit loop. Deviations become training data. The system continuously optimizes for lower AHT, higher CSAT, and tighter SOP adherence. You see the improvement metrics in real-time on the dashboard.

Is the phone number included or separate?

Team plan includes one phone number. Business includes up to 5. Enterprise is unlimited. Additional numbers are $5/mo each.

What about HIPAA?

HIPAA-compliant deployment is available on Enterprise. We sign a BAA, encrypt PHI at rest and in transit, and maintain a full audit trail. The platform is built for regulated industries from the ground up.

Can agents handle multiple languages?
